The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing / Promotion : Work with in‑house A&R, marketing, product and artist management teams to ideate, plan and execute music promotion campaigns (on and off TikTok) to develop viral trends based on creative ideas and data insights
- Relationship management : lead / support on strategy and advise internal and management teams on the most effective release and streaming approaches to maximise campaign impact
- Discovery & Insights : Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms for emerging trends, creative ideas to effectively communicate with the target audience, keep optimizing promotion strategies. Provide local insights to support Product, Engineer & Strategy teams to iterate product & service strategies.
- Business-oriented : Responsible for promotion / marketing campaign performance with qualitative and quantitative targets, according to business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital content, influencer / creator marketing, or the music-related industry.
- Experience working with short video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Strong ability to develop and execute content strategies to establish and amplify trends on TikTok.
- Extensive experience in music promotion and creator-based social marketing campaigns on TikTok.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to conduct deep-dive analyses and make data-driven decisions.
- High written and oral proficiency in German and English is required to engage with local business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- A well-established network with local partners and agencies across the DACH region (and ideally in other EMEA markets) to promote music through editorial playlists, radio, TV, and digital channels.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regional nuances and cultures.
- Good sense of music content with a keen eye for discovering viral trends on social media.
