Isar Aerospace is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for the Flight Software Testing team to ensure the reliability and performance of our software powering spectrum launch vehicles.

You will automate and improve flight software testing infrastructure, build tools, and help track performance during launches and test campaigns, providing live expert support.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or comparable.
• Experience developing with Python, C/C++.
• Experience working with Real-time systems.
• Proficient with Git.
• Proficient at debugging software.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Work to implement and automate software tests, data analysis and verification/validation.

• Recognize bugs and drive the effort to resolve them.

Mission Brief

As a Embedded Software Engineer in the Flight Software Testing team, your mission is to ensure the reliability and performance of the software that powers our spectrum launch vehicle . By leveraging you r skills, you work with the rest of the team to automate improve and maintain the flight software testing infrastructure and pipelines .

Your Role in Our Space Mission

• Work to implement and automate software tests, data analysis and verification/validation.

• Develop tools to support our flight software development and testing.
