Job summary

Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH in Lindenberg im Allgäu sucht eine engagierte Softwareentwicklerin bzw. -entwickler für eingebettete Systeme in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.

Sie entwickeln und integrieren Softwarekomponenten, arbeiten mit einem RTOS und sorgen für Schnittstellen zwischen Modulen und dem Betriebssystem. Vorausgesetzt wird ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Elektro-/Elektronik, fundierte Erfahrung in eingebetteten Systemen, C-Programmierung auf Low-Level-Ebene, Englisch

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Elektro-/Elektronik oder vergleichbar.
• Langjährige Erfahrung in Embedded Systems-Programmierung und eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen.
• Kenntnisse zu Software-Architekturmustern sowie deren Definition und Implementierung.
• Starke Kenntnisse in Low-Level C-Programmierung und Mikrocontroller-Programmierung.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse mindestens C1 und Deutsch mindestens B1.
• Dual-/Multi-Core-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
• Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung für Luft- und Raumfahrt gemäß DO-178 wünschenswert.
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung von Software für eingebettete Systeme in der Luftfahrtindustrie
• Koordination von Aufgaben bis zur Zertifizierung komplexer Software
• Entwicklung, Integration und Optimierung von Softwarekomponenten mit RTOS
• Entwurf von Schnittstellen zwischen Bausteinen und dem RTOS
• Analyse, Design und Implementierung von Low-Level-Systemsoftware wie Treibern
• Durchführung von Code-Reviews zu Anforderungen und Design
• Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Verifikationsergebnissen
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Produktentwicklung
• Problemanalyse und Entwicklung effektiver Lösungen
• Entwicklung von Strategien zur Einhaltung von Produktanforderungen

Job description

Your responsibilities

• Develop software for embedded systems used in aerospace applications
• Perform and coordinate tasks related to the development of complex software applications with a wide range of functions through to certification
• Develop, integrate, and optimise software components using a real-time operating system
• Design and implement interfaces for communication between different software components and the real-time operating system
• Analyse, design, and implement low-level system software, such as device drivers, kernel modules, and system services
• Conduct software reviews covering requirements analysis and software design
• Evaluate, document, and communicate verification results
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of products and support project work within interdisciplinary development teams
• Analyse and evaluate problems and develop effective solutions
• Develop strategies and make decisions that ensure compliance with product development requirements and specifications

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable qualification
• Proven, long-term experience in embedded systems programming and the independent implementation of technical requirements
• Knowledge of various software architecture patterns and their definition and implementation
• Strong knowledge of low-level C programming and microcontroller programming
• English language skills (minimum C1) and German language skills (minimum B1)
• Dual-core and multi-core knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of software development for aerospace applications according to DO-178 is desirable
• Strong assertiveness
