Hornetsecurity in Hannover seeks an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will focus on email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation and personalized messaging across the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Content, Design and Sales in an international setting, building effective campaigns and ensuring data quality as HubSpot, Salesforce, and our website connect smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot preferred.
• Experience creating email campaigns, automated workflows, segments and journeys.
• Ability to use data to improve campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing/QA.
• Comfort with CRM data and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email adjustments; not required to be a developer.
• Strong communication in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan, build, test and optimize email campaigns, newsletters and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Create audience segments based on customer data, behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Build and improve automated journeys (nurture, follow-up, re-engagement, lifecycle campaigns).

• Monitor campaign performance and turn metrics and A/B test results into improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are thoroughly tested before launch (links, tracking, personalization, segmentation, responsive).
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Regional Marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns.
• Help maintain clean marketing data and support the connection between HubSpot, Salesforce and our website.
• Follow email marketing best practices around consent, data protection and deliverability.

Do you enjoy turning marketing ideas into effective, automated customer journeys?

We’re looking for a Email Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketing team in Hannover. In this role, you’ll focus on email marketing and marketing automation - building campaigns, creating targeted audiences, developing automated workflows, and using performance insights to continuously improve our communications.

You’ll work closely with regional Marketing, Content, Design and Sales teams in an international environment and help us deliver relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle.

Your Job

• Plan, build, test and optimize email campaigns, newsletters and automated marketing workflows in HubSpot.
• Create relevant audience segments based on customer data, behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Build and improve automated journeys such as nurture, follow-up, re-engagement and lifecycle campaigns.
• Use personalization and dynamic content to make communications more relevant to different audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and turn key metrics and A/B test results into practical improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are thoroughly tested before launch, including links, tracking, personalization, segmentation and responsive display.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Regional Marketing and Sales teams to deliver effective campaigns.
• Help maintain clean and reliable marketing data and support the connection between HubSpot, Salesforce and our website.
• Follow email marketing best practices around consent, data protection and deliverability.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
• Practical experience working with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform; strong HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Experience creating email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segments and customer journeys.
• A good understanding of campaign performance and the ability to use data to improve future campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign testing and quality assurance.
• Comfortable working with CRM data and collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email adjustments is helpful, but you don’t need to be a developer.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international, collaborative environment.
