Quantum Systems GmbH in Gilching, Bavaria, is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician (m/f/d) to join our Production Team and contribute to launching our multicopter production line. You will assemble UAV components, solder, wire, and document wiring diagrams in collaboration with engineers.

You will work on-site in a small, dedicated production area, with a focus on quality, safety, and structured processes, supported by senior technicians and the production head.

Qualifikationen

As Electronics Assembly Technician (m/f/d) you will be a key part of our Production Team, driving the launch and success of our new multicopter production line based on cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine.

You will be directly involved in building advanced UAV systems and gyro-stabilized camera units with precision and care, soldering and connecting PCB boards and connectors, ensuring each unit meets our high-quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Quality Assurance, and Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:

• Assemble multicopters and gyro-stabilized cameras by connecting electronic boards, motors, sensors, and antennas.

• Route wiring and verify correct connections for all components.

• Create wiring diagrams and pinout documentation; collaborate with engineers and technologists to develop cable assemblies and specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to production standards.

  Your Work Environment:

• You will work in a small, specialized production area. In front of you are boxes of components - motors, frames, wires, cameras - and around you, the tools you need to build.

• You will be trained and supported by the lead Technician and Head of Production.

What you bring to the team:

• Strong soldering skills for cable assemblies, harnesses, and connectors.

• Ability to read datasheets for microcontrollers, flight controllers, and sensors to ensure proper integration.

• Proficiency in using Google Docs (documents and spreadsheets).

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
