Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• 8+ years in electronic hardware development.
• Experience in architecture and design of electronic boards and systems.
• System-level mindset enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Experience in an engineering design office or end-to-end projects.
• Initial technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.

• Experience working within an engineering design office or delivering end-to-end development projects
• Initial experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, or acting as a technical reference for projects
• Fluency in English; fluent German is a strong advantage
