STS Group in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Electrical QAQC Engineer to join a major Data Centre project. You will work with the project leadership to implement quality systems, ensure compliance, and drive handover readiness.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead QA activities, liaise with subcontractors, review test documentation, and support commissioning with QA data. A strong focus on detail, planning and self-management is essential to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical/MEP craft qualification with QAQC experience or Engineering degree with QAQC experience.
• Quality auditing experience and/or qualifications.
• Evidence of previous QAQC handover of Data Centre projects for Electrical/MEP/CSA.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Implement STS Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects.
• Prepare electrical handover documentation and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and approve their proposed TTOPs.
• Review completed electrical test documentation and populate into the electrical TTOPs.
• Issue the relevant ITRs to the Cx Agent to achieve the Cx tagging.
• Support commissioning procedures with the relevant test data and participate in QA audits.
• Deliver STS quality inductions and toolbox talks to project teams.
• Review and issue final handover packages to the client.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards throughout installation and inspections.

Join STS Group as our next Electrical QAQC Engineer for a major Data Centre project in Frankfurt.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical QAQC Engineer to join our project in Frankfurt, Germany. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based in Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the delivery of a key project for us in Frankfurt on a large-scale industrial project.

The Opportunity

This role will work closely with the wider project leadership team to ensure our projects meet the highest standards, meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations and deliverables. Key to this role will be the ability to effectively plan and manage quality systems and procedures.

Reporting to the Project Manager, here are some of the key duties of this role

• Implementation of STS Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects
• Prepare electrical handover inspection and test documentation and operation & maintenance manuals
• Liaise with sub-contractors and approve their proposed TTOPs
• Review completed electrical test documentation and populate into the electrical TTOPs
• Issue the relevant ITRs to the Cx Agent to achieve the Cx tagging
• Support the commissioning procedures with the relevant test inspection data
• Deliver STS quality-themed inductions and toolbox talks to project teams
• Review and issue final handover packages to the client
• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project. Meetings/inspections with local regulatory bodies
• Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close-out of defects
• Liaise with the client on installation and quality matters
• Attend quality meetings
• Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items
• Perform internal quality audits

Key Qualifications Required

• Electrical/MEP craft qualification with QAQC experience or Electrical/ MEP, Engineering degree with QAQC experience
• Quality auditing experience and/or qualifications
• Evidence of previous experience controlling the QAQC handover of Data Centre projects for either Electrical and/or MEP, CSA
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
