Verto People seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a major semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany. The role focuses on delivering complex electrical and instrumentation works within a high-value industrial setting, reporting to the engineering contractor.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate programmes, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in electrical engineering and project delivery.
• Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Instrumentation & electrical project experience highly advantageous.

We are working with a leading engineering contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering complex electrical and instrumentation projects within high-value industrial environments.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day electrical project/site operations
• Coordinate project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Manage subcontractors, resources, materials, and progress reporting
• Oversee quality control and ensure works meet approved standards
• Lead site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, and project reviews
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and handover

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects
