Zusammenfassung

Intertek seeks an experienced freelance electrical professional to support inspection and testing services in NRW on an ad hoc basis. You will perform inspections and audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across various sectors.

Fluency in German is essential, with basic English preferred. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NRW are required. This flexible role offers project-based work with a global leader in quality assurance.

Qualifikationen

• Certified electrician or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in industrial or commercial electrical inspection.
• Knowledge of German and international standards (VDE, IEC).

Are you an experienced Electrical Inspector looking for flexible, project-based work with a global leader in quality assurance? Intertek is seeking a freelance electrical professional to support inspection and testing services in NRW on an ad hoc basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and systems in accordance with national and international standards
• Conduct audits and prepare inspection reports based on findings
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate inspection schedules

Your Profile:

• Certified electrician, electrical engineer, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical inspection
• Knowledge of applicable German and international electrical standards (e.g. VDE, IEC)
• Familiar with inspection reporting and documentation standards
• Fluent in German; basic English skills preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within NRW
• Registered as a freelancer in Germany (or willing to register)
