Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, können Schaltpläne sicher lesen und arbeiten präzise. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
• Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau, Anlagenbau oder industriellen Elektroinstallationen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifende Koordination

Aufgaben

• Konstruktion und Verdrahtung von DC/AC-Steuerungsschranklösungen gemäß geltenden Normen
• Eigenständiger Prototypenbau und Unterstützung beim Übergang zur Serienproduktion
• Testen und Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten im ERP-System
• Erstellung von Zuschnittlisten, Bohrplänen und Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
• Feedback zu Optimierungspotenzialen an Entwicklung und Vertrieb
• Planung von Verpackungseinheiten und Palettierung

What you bring

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g., as an electronics technician for energy and building technology/drive technology/operational technology or similar, mechatronics technician)
• Professional experience in control cabinet construction, plant engineering, or industrial electrical installation
• Experience in initial pattern construction or prototype construction is an advantage
• Very good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• High quality awareness as well as a precise and careful way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross‑departmental coordination
• Good written and spoken German skills
