Job summary

REMA TIP TOP West GmbH sucht eine qualifizierte Fachkraft in der Kautschuktechnik zur Herstellung von Testmischungen, Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung bei Versuchsreihen und Überwachung von Labormaschinen.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kautschuktechnik mit und arbeiten an der Dokumentation von Formulierungen, Prüfergebnissen und Datenanalysen im Qualitätsumfeld.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung in Kautrubtechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kautschuktechnik.
• Erfahrung in Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Gummi-Komponenten und -Produkten.

Responsibilities

• Herstellung von Test- und Sondermischungen sowie Mustern und Prüfkörpern.
• Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung bei Versuchsreihen.
• Bedienung und Überwachung von Labormisch- und Prüfeinrichtungen.
• Durchführung von Routine- und Sonderprüfungen im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung.
• Dokumentation und Analyse von Formulierungen, Prüfergebnissen und experimentellen Daten.

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed training in rubber technology or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in rubber technology
• Experience in the manufacture and processing of rubber components and products

Your area of responsibility

• Production of test and special mixtures, as well as samples and test specimens
• Supporting the development department with test series
• Operation and monitoring of laboratory mixing and testing machines
• Conducting routine and special inspections as part of quality assurance
• Documentation and Analysis of Formulations, Test Results, and Experimental Data
