Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a motivated professional to join the Capital Markets Transaction Management team in Germany, handling real estate transactions across asset classes. You will gain hands-on experience, take early responsibility, and work with a dynamic, international team.

The role emphasizes initiative, collaboration, and active involvement in transaction processes from buyside to sellside across national and international contexts.

Formación

• Successfully completed studies in real estate management or economics.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and motivation.
• Goal-oriented, independent work and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

Job Description Summary

As part of the Capital Markets Transaction Management team, you will work in the transaction and investment business of one of the leading international consulting firms in the real estate sector. You will build up a personal track record with real estate transactions throughout Germany and in all asset classes. The early assumption of responsibility and a high degree of initiative are particularly important for this role. Our young team stands for active cooperation, enthusiasm and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support for transaction consulting (buyside / sellside)
• Development of transaction data rooms
