• Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers and client representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure EHS actions are effectively closed out.

• Lead the EHS strategy and delivery across the data centre campus.
• Manage, mentor and develop the EHS team and drive a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with German legislation, client standards and project requirements.
• Oversee RAMS, risk assessments, permits and safe systems of work.
• Lead inspections, audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor EHS performance.

• Proven experience as an EHS Manager, EHS Lead, Campus EHS Lead or Health & Safety Manager.
• Strong experience within data centres, mission-critical or major construction projects.
• Experience leading EHS across large-scale sites or multi-building campuses.
• Strong knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
• Proven experience managing EHS teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong background in audits, inspections, investigations and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating at senior level in a fast-paced project environment.
