RZ HR Studio is seeking versatile Video Editors to join our network serving fast-growing ecommerce brands. You will edit UGC ads, VSLs, and direct response creatives to maximize watch time, engagement, and conversions.

You’ll craft hooks, pacing, motion graphics, captions, and sound design across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid platforms; collaborate with strategists, media buyers, copywriters, and founders; iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• Experience editing for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Ability to create high-converting hooks and pacing.
• Proven track record with UGC, VSLs, and direct response ads.

Responsabilités

• Edit high-converting UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and paid social.
• Produce VSLs, product demos, founder videos, testimonials and direct response creatives.
• Create multiple ad variations for testing.
• Develop hooks that grab attention within seconds.
• Use pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, captions, sound design and effects to boost retention.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form ads.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, Copywriters and Founders.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback.

We're continuously looking for Video Editors to join our network for high-growth eCommerce and DTC brands.

If you've edited UGC ads, VSLs, direct response ads, product demos, founder videos, and other performance marketing creatives, we'd love to hear from you.

Our clients are looking for editors who understand that every cut, hook, subtitle, sound effect, and visual should help increase watch time, engagement, and conversions.

What You'll Be Working On

Depending on the client, you may:

• Edit high-converting UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.

• Produce VSLs, product demos, founder videos, testimonial ads, and direct response creatives.

• Create multiple ad variations for creative testing.

• Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.

• Use pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and visual effects to maximize viewer retention.

• Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form ads.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Founders.

• Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback.

• Stay up to date with emerging editing styles, platform trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
