SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Greece) to lead the Greek DTC business, reporting to the VP, DTC Central & Eastern Europe. You will manage trading, forecasting, and growth initiatives with local and regional support to drive sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates have D2C experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics, with fluency in Greek and English to collaborate across functions.

We now have an opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager to join theCentral and EasternEuropeteamto launch and manage our Greek ecommerce site. We are searching for someone with strong experience in direct-to-consumer to execute our DTC trading and growth strategy inGreece.

As E-Commerce Manager (Greece) you will report into theVP, DTC Central & Eastern Europeand you will be responsible for trading theGreekDTC business for ourbrandson a day-to-day basis. Supported locally by a team of e-commerce managers, digital experience managers and performance marketing specialists, plus regionally by the global centres of excellence, your task is to help us grow sales due to our very ambitious growth strategy in theGreekregion.

What you will do:

• Work with theCentralEuropeanD2C eCommerce team, VP of E-Commerce (Central Europe & New Markets) and DTC Globalcentersof excellence to establish and implement the merchandising, trading and growth strategy to support our growth ambitions in market.
• Work with wider cross-functional teams in theCentral andEastern Europeregion to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date forecasts, stock allocation and demand signalling.
• Execute trading plan focused on maximizing gross margin and forecast attainment across all product categories, considering market dynamics, customer value perception, and competitor pricing.
• Maintain a promotional calendar combining pricing details, website discounts, additional influencer discounts, etc.
• Implement activities to improve product visibility, placement, and cross-selling opportunities across the e-commerce platform and marketplaces.
• Analyzemarket trends, pricing data, sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance, CS KPIs, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories,analyzing& presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate and support members of the regional/global D2C eCommerce team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate.

What you will have:

• Experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Greek and English
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and a track record of driving profitability.
• Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret complex data to make informed business decisions.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple teams.
• Enjoy working in a demanding and fast-paced multi-cultural environment where teamwork and collaboration is key.
