SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Media Analytics to maximise the impact of media investments across Central and Eastern Europe. The role is based in our Frankfurt office three days a week and requires leading analytics, developing dashboards, and partnering with marketing and finance teams to drive data-led decisions.

You will deliver insights, support attribution studies, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI across multiple markets.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics.
• Experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth through data and insights.
• Experience working across multiple markets and with agency partners is advantageous.
