The NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force (NAEW&CF) at Geilenkirchen (Germany) is seeking qualified (5+ years) E-Learning Developer (f/m/d) to support the redesign and development of technical and procedural e-learning training materials. The incumbent will work on-site within a multi-national environment and daily collaborate with an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to produce instructionally sound, digital learning products. English (C-1 level) will be the sole working language during the project. This position requires strong technical proficiency in multimedia production tools and e-learning authoring software, as well as the ability to follow established procedures, standards, and development guidelines.
