Neura Robotics is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Architect to shape the E/E architecture of our robotics product, including topology, power, and wiring for robust, safe, series-ready designs.
You will define ECU topology, on-board power networks, and bus systems (EtherCAT/CAN); design power distribution with safety concepts and interface sensors, actuators, and compute units. Expect collaboration with safety, PCB, and cable teams.
The Integration Design team owns the overall technical architecture of our robotic products. It defines system requirements, interfaces, and safety concepts across mechanics, electronics, and software, and makes the architecture decisions that shape series readiness.
You shape the electrical/electronic architecture of our robotics product: topology, power supply, communication, and wiring – robust, safe, and series-ready.
Defining the overall E/E architecture (ECU topology, on-board power network, bus systems such as EtherCAT/CAN)
Designing power supply and distribution, including safety concepts
Specifying electrical interfaces between sensors, actuators, compute units, and peripherals
Evaluating components and technologies for cost, availability, and reliability
Collaborating with functional safety, PCB design, and cable development
Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable
Experience in E/E architecture for complex systems (robotics, automotive, mechanical engineering)
Knowledge of fieldbus/real-time communication (EtherCAT, CAN, Ethernet) and on-board power networks
Experience with safety-related electronics (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 13849) is a plus
Independent, conceptual way of working
