We’re currently supporting a leading client on a high-impact Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) programme and are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join the team on a 6-month contract starting late November.

This role is ideal for a senior functional consultant with strong customer-facing skills, excellent knowledge of Sales and Customer Insights modules, and a hands‑on understanding of the Power Platform.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Expertise in Sales and Customer Insights.
• Fluent German speaker (native or near-native) with strong English.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, including managing expectations and delivering consulting services.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate them into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset, able to work across teams and stakeholders.
