What You’ll Do
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
- High‑Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English.

- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
