Jobtailor is seeking a customer support specialist to manage communications and assist accommodation partners. You will research and resolve issues related to room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tooling, while delivering accurate information across voice, chat, and email channels.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, a high school diploma, and a quiet home workspace. Greece residency or relocation with work authorization is expected.
