Responsibilities

• Position involves 5am start time and extensive driving
• Deliver products and upsell our popular brands/products on open routes
• Complete service calls, resolve customer problems or complaints
• Respond to customer calls in a timely manner
• Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data
• Ordering, scanning, and logging backstock using handheld device
• Manage inventory and balance daily route activities
• Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments
• Check‑in with store decision maker, check‑in delivery, obtain signatures, collect proof of delivery
• Using equipment (e.g. carts, pallets, etc.) to unload products and move throughout the store
• Ensuring backstock reaches the sales floor and organizing/maintaining back‑room inventory in proper location
• Rotating products, removing defective and out‑of‑date products and process returns and credits with receiver
• Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
• Assembling and disassembling promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays
• Merchandising store displays to ensure proper inventory, pricing, and date code rotation

Requirements
