• Number of employees: 200
• Main activities: Catering - Production of meals for more than 250 flights per week.

Key responsibilities:

Lancement Operations

• Ensure the accurate and efficient transmission of information regarding production programs and flight schedules to relevant departments using dedicated computer software.

• Input all necessary data into the system upon receiving client orders.

• Confirm flight schedules for the following day and make any necessary changes for the day of operations.

• Review and verify delivery notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform daily reconciliation between client software (e.g. Airvision) and Winrest systems to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Coordinate communication between Production, Dispatch, Transportation and Airline Representatives to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Ensure timely communication of last-minute flight changes, aircraft swaps, delays, and special customer requests.

• Responsible for printing and verifying flight labels, ensuring all quantities and item details correspond correctly to the flight requirements.

Dispatch Operations

• Monitor flight departures and ensure all catering operations are completed within scheduled timelines.

• Oversee key allocation procedures, vehicle cleanliness, and completion of daily vehicle inspections.

• Supervise and support operational teams when delegated by management.

• Maintain strong business relationships with airline clients, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and submit incident and delay reports in accordance with company procedures.

• Support operational continuity and assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational challenges.

General

• Inform your manager of any anomalies or operational issues.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure strong team cohesion and operational efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.

• Comply with all safety, security, and operational procedures.

• Comply with and promote company policies and procedures.

• Respect and safeguard Company and Customer products, equipment, and materials.

• Provide operational support and cover for colleagues when required.

• Follow Group hygiene and safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company procedures at all times.

• Apply hygiene and food safety practices in line with HACCP and internal standards.

• Handle, store, and transport food products correctly, ensuring full traceability.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times.

• Follow company allergen procedures and ensure safe handling of allergen‑controlled products.

• Use company equipment according to instructions and report any defects or issues immediately.

• Follow all company and customer‑specific procedures and instructions.

• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and food safety regulations.

• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions without delay.

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant working environment by following all standards and procedures.
