What you will be doing
  • Preparing courier schedules and routes.
  • Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers, helping them to achieve station operational goals in the most efficient way.
  • Monitoring the daily delivery cycle and updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick‑up and delivery assignments.
  • Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issue resolution.
  • Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service‑related issues.
  • Proactively reporting any issues that occur during the daily delivery cycle to management and compiling reports on station productivity volumes and performance.

Disposition

Arbeitszeit 11:00‑19:00 Uhr. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem gültigen Flächentarifvertrag und der GBV Entgeltordnung. Die Tätigkeit als Dispatch Agent umfasst entsprechend anliegender Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Briefing und Debriefing der Nahverkehrspartner;
  • Übergabe und Übernahme der Sendungsdokumentation sowie deren Kontrolle;
  • Hallendisposition;
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Frachtführern und Mitarbeitern der angrenzenden Abteilungen;
  • Datenerfassung der PODs;
  • Bearbeitung der Abholaufträge unter Berücksichtigung der Sonderfälle gem. ISO Handbuch;
  • Bearbeitung und Verantwortung von Nachnahmen.
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Transport & Logistik;
  • Englischkenntnisse;
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse;
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe;
  • Gute MS‑Office Kenntnisse;
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten / Schichtdienst;
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität.
