Markenfilm, based in Hamburg and Berlin, is an advertising film production company that has been operating successfully on the market for over 60 years and is Europe’s largest production company. We are currently looking for a full-time Director’s Scout (m/f/d) in Hamburg or Berlin to inspire, strengthen and enrich our creative and talent team with a fresh perspective.

Your role

As a Director’s Scout, you will have your finger on the pulse of the international advertising and film scene. You will discover new directing talent, observe relevant trends and support our team in the strategic development of our portfolio. You will work closely with our directing, creative and production departments, organise internal processes and represent Markenfilm at relevant events and festivals.
