The Opportunity

Carrot is seeking a Director, Talent to design, scale, and execute high-impact, business-aligned talent programs across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the SVP, People, you will serve as a key operational and strategic leader—owning Performance Architecture, Talent Planning & Succession, Strategic Program Management, Talent Team & Manager Enablement, and Talent Bench Building.
