Hyundai Capital Bank Europe is seeking a Director Sales Support to strategically lead the sales support functions and enhance efficiency across processes and systems for our sales organization and retail partners.

You will drive the strategic development of sales support, lead a high-performance team, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in banking, finance or business.
• Significant experience in finance; marketing/branding is a plus.
• Proven project management expertise and leadership of complex initiatives.
• Experience leading product development projects.
• Experience with the German automotive industry.

We are looking to hire a Director Sales Support (m/f/d) for our Sales Support department as soon as possible.

As Director Sales Support, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our sales support functions and, together with your team, will ensure efficient sales processes, high-performance systems, and optimal support for our sales organization and retail partners.

• Developing and implementing a sales support strategy in line with company goals
• Continuously optimizing sales processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and performance
• Developing and promoting innovative, needs-based solutions and products for our sales partners
• Engaging with dealers, OEMs, and dealer associations on new products and sales-related topics
• Ensuring proper use of the CRM system, meaningful reporting, and compliance with relevant automotive finance regulations and internal policies
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs such as approval rates, take rates, sales productivity, and dealer satisfaction
• Leading and developing the sales support team with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and high performance
• Developing and implementing analyses and reports on finance products, digital tools, and dealer programs
• Advising the sales organization with relevant market information, customer insights, and trend analyses

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A college degree or equivalent qualification, ideally related to banking, finance, or business
• Extensive experience in finance; experience in marketing, branding, or corporate identity is a plus
• Solid experience in project management
• Experience leading complex projects, ideally in product development
• Experience with and understanding of the German automotive industry
• A strong hands-on approach and the ability to consistently drive initiatives forward, even in challenging situations
• Creativity and a keen sense of the market, as well as the ability to develop compelling products and solutions
• Analytical thinking and the ability to derive concrete actions from data and information
• Leadership experience and strong communication and teamwork skills
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
