In this role, you will lead and grow a high‑performing sales organization across multiple countries in the MED region, including Israel, Turkey, the Balkans, and Malta. You will be responsible for shaping regional go-to-market strategies, driving new business acquisition, and expanding existing customer relationships. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while achieving ambitious revenue and ARR targets. The role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on engagement with key accounts, and the development of disciplined, data‑driven sales processes. You will influence regional market presence while mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
