Scope Ratings GmbH, Frankfurt, seeks a Director of Structured Finance to lead rating committees, analyze complex structured finance transactions, develop methodologies and mentor analysts. You will chair meetings with clients and investors, present analyses, and drive forward-looking research across markets.
The role requires at least 7 years in structured finance, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English plus another major language.
The Director takes part to and leads in complete autonomy credit rating committees for the assignment and, occasionally, monitoring of structured finance ratings. In this context, the jobholder analyzes complex structured finance transactions, develops and maintains credit rating methodologies and writes insightful credit research related to the structured finance sector. The Director also acts as a mentor and provides support to less experienced analysts. Moreover, the Director leads operational review visits and takes part to investor, issuer and arranger’s meetings and calls. This position offers a long-term career path for high-performing analysts with opportunities to develop analytical skills.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.
Director - Structured Finance: 106.000 - 146.000 EUR
Bonus: Contractual OR Discretionary
