Jobtailor is seeking a senior SCADA Program leader to set strategic direction, operating model, and delivery roadmap across global teams. You will own the portfolio from booking to delivery, drive governance, and represent the program in executive forums.

This role requires 10+ years in project or operations management in solar/renewable energy or related fields, with 5+ years of people leadership, ERP/PLM adoption (NetSuite, Arena), and strong financial acumen.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
• 10+ years in project or operations management in solar/renewable energy, heavy construction, energy, or other relevant fields; SCADA experience preferred
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managing Managers or cross-functional organizations and remote, international teams
• Proven financial and commercial acumen: ROI analyses, budgets, and cost/pricing models
• Experience owning executive customer relationships, MSA negotiation, and delivery to scope and SLA commitments
• Hands-on adoption of ERP and/or PLM systems, such as NetSuite and Arena
• Working fluency with PM and collaboration tooling, including JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Salesforce
• Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across levels and functions
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment
• Able to travel up to 25%, primarily to US-based project sites
• PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working with SCADA systems, grid controllers, and Met stations preferred

Aufgaben

• Set the strategic direction, operating model, annual delivery roadmap, governance, escalation protocols, and decision-making frameworks for SCADA projects
• Identify operational risks, organizational constraints, and scaling challenges, and own mitigation and growth strategies
• Represent the SCADA Program in executive forums, leadership planning, and company-wide strategic initiatives
• Serve as the senior Terabase relationship owner for a portfolio of large, complex projects from booking to delivery
• Act as the voice of the customer across portfolio and project execution, customer success, and quality
• Lead execution-focused workshops to improve customer experience
• Partner with Sales on deal review committee submissions and account expansion
• Lead and develop a global team of managers, project managers, coordinators, and analysts
• Own task and resource prioritization, performance management, and compensation reviews
• Lead hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, organizational design, and team operating rhythms
• Own and drive adoption of the SCADA Project Management playbook
• Standardize FAT preparation, design-and-operations readiness reviews, and project delivery tracking across FNE, Met, and SCADA products
• Own the Project Delivery technology stack, including Cora, NetSuite, and Arena
• Drive operational efficiency through automation and AI
• Ensure performance, RMA/warranty, and KPI dashboards provide real-time portfolio visibility
• Manage SCADA Program P&L, including project margin, portfolio profitability, revenue recognition, and resource utilization
• Own annual planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and initiative prioritization
• Build financial cases for operational decisions
• Oversee client billing, collections, and project procurement
• Partner with Sales and Legal on contract reviews and MSA negotiations
• Track portfolio schedules and produce the bi-weekly SCADA program report and KPI update for leadership
• Close the loop on client survey results
