A global advisory firm is seeking a Director for Integration & Separation in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate will lead teams to ensure successful pre- and post-acquisition workstreams for clients. Responsibilities include delivering operational impact and guiding stakeholders. Applicants must have proven consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and be fluent in both German and English. Interpath launched in Germany in January 2025; this is a unique opportunity to be part of a new business within an established international company. Our German team is led by MDs focused on Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Deals and Value Creation.
Director – Integration & Separation. You will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi‑stakeholder, international and domestic pre‑and post‑deal advisory engagements while raising Interpath’s profile as a premier provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services.
The successful candidate will contribute to client‑facing teams and deliver diverse projects including sell‑side and buy‑side operational due diligence, pre‑ and post‑deal carve‑out, integration, operational value creation, performance improvement, cost optimisation and target operating models. You will offer direct assistance to companies undergoing transformation and directly impact their future success and growth.
