Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing market segments and acquiring new customer relationships, as well as maintaining and expanding existing relationships with corporate and private clients.
  • Consistently strives to maximize revenue and foster relationships through effective negotiation of services and cost control.
  • Oversees the proper preparation and execution of contracts, orders, customer relations, menus, memos, costs, files, etc.
  • Organizes and conducts staff meetings to coordinate successful events.
  • Develops business plans, budgets, revenue targets, and forecasts for room rentals and prepares reports to monitor progress.
  • Participates in meetings to ensure communication between departments and to guarantee customer needs are met.
  • Meets with key clients and ensures other customers are informed about the success of events.
  • Conducts property tours for prospective clients, owners, and new managers.
  • Attends staff and other hotel meetings.

  • Excellent sales capabilities and the ability and willingness to coach team members in sales techniques
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
  • Proven experience in a similar position with a successful track record

Excellent rhetorical and language skills in both German and English
