Sony Engagement Platform Services builds a next-generation platform for digital engagement across Sony's entertainment ecosystem, including games, anime, music, film, and live experiences. As part of a large global corporation, the team fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

We are seeking a senior Platform Engineering leader to shape strategy, mentor engineers, and drive cross‑unit alignment for high-impact platforms in a hybrid work model in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in commerce/fintech/digital platforms with 7+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and recommendation systems.
