We’re looking for an entrepreneurial hands-on leader who is ready to drive our expansion across Europe. As Director Growth & Scaling you’ll own the sales engine, lead a talented team, and build a strong partner network to scale our proven German market success into new European markets.

You’ll be at the heart of our growth journey, building a high-performing pipeline, developing trusted partnerships, and shaping the strategy that will define our next chapter.

What Youll Do
  • Build, manage and scale a high-performing sales pipeline

What You Bring
  • 47 years of professional experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record in pipeline building and sales management
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • First leadership experience (team or project) is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience with reseller networks or additional EU languages (e.g. Dutch, Swedish)
