Zusammenfassung

Wieland Werke AG sucht eine Führungspersönlichkeit als Director Global Quality (m/f/x) zur weltweiten Ausrichtung der Qualitätsorganisation. Sie definieren globale Qualitätsstandards, treiben die Digitalisierung des QM-Systems und sichern konsistent hohe Produktqualität.

Sie bringen umfassende Führungserfahrung im globalen Qualitätsmanagement in einem internationalen Fertigungsumfeld, sowie Expertise in Lean und modernen QMS mit. Reisetätigkeit weltweit ist gegeben.

Qualifikationen

• Master-Abschluss in Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion oder vergleichbar.
• Umfangreiche Führungserfahrung im globalen Qualitätsmanagement in internationaler Fertigung.
• Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen und internationalen Transformationsinitiativen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner QMS und Lean Management; analytisch, strategisch und systemisch denkend.

Aufgaben

• Definition und Umsetzung der globalen Qualitätsstrategie über alle Standorte hinweg.
• Transformation und Standardisierung von Qualitätsprozessen und -systemen.
• Digitalisierung des Qualitätsmanagements durch moderne QMS und datenbasierte Kennzahlen.
• Globale Zusammenarbeit, KPIs und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsinitiativen leiten.
• Schnittstelle zu Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain und weiteren Funktionen.
• Sicherstellung hoher Produktqualität über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg, Begleitung neuer Produkte.

Your Future

In this newly created key leadership role, you will shape the development of a globally aligned quality organization and support sustainable international growth. Together with our manufacturing sites around the world, you will establish global quality standards, drive the digital transformation of our quality organization and ensure consistently high product quality across our international operations.

• Strategy:As Director Global Quality (m/f/d), you will define and drive the global quality strategy for our Thermal Solutions Business Unit. You will establish a unified quality framework across our international manufacturing sites and align them around shared quality objectives.
• Transformation:You will play a key role in shaping the future of our global quality organization. By harmonizing quality systems, processes and standards, you will build a scalable organization that supports international growth and the successful integration of newly acquired sites.
• Digitalization:You will drive the digital transformation of our quality management processes by implementing modern Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data-driven performance management tools, increasing transparency, efficiency and operational excellence across all locations.
• Operational Excellence:You will manage global quality KPIs, lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence across the entire organization, ensuring sustainable performance improvements.
• Global Collaboration:Working closely with our manufacturing sites as well as cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and other business functions, you will establish globally aligned quality standards and successfully integrate new sites into our global quality framework.
• Customer Focus:Together with our global teams, you will ensure outstanding quality throughout the entire product lifecycle. By enabling successful new product introductions, reducing scrap rates and enhancing customer satisfaction, you will create measurable value for our customers worldwide.

Ihr Profil:

Your Potential

• Education:You hold a Master's degree in Quality Management, Operations, Engineering or a comparable field.
• Leadership:You bring extensive leadership experience in global quality management within an international manufacturing environment and are experienced in operating within a matrix organization.
• Transformation Expertise:You have successfully led international transformation and standardization initiatives and have a proven track record of developing global quality organizations.
• Technical Expertise:You possess in-depth knowledge of modern Quality Management Systems and Lean Management, complemented by strong analytical, strategic and systemic thinking.
• Personality:You are an empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bringing people together and driving sustainable change across international organizations.
• Language:You communicate fluently in German and English. Italian or French language skills are considered an advantage.
• Mobility:You enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to travel globally to collaborate closely with our manufacturing sites and stakeholders worldwide.
