Raisin is seeking a highly motivated Director of Engineering to lead Investment and Pension (IPP) teams in Berlin. You will drive delivery quality, domain ownership, and technology strategy across multiple cross-functional teams of 25+ engineers.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational responsibility, ensuring fast delivery, compliant processes, vendor relationships, and alignment with Product partners.

For further development and expansion of our successful business, Raisin is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Director of Engineering to lead both strategically and operationally our Investment and Pension (IPP) teams (25+ engineers)

This embraces high-quality conceptual and delivery performance of the teams, the health of the IPP engineering organization and system landscape, an efficient and compliant development process, technical and business ownership of the Raisin’s IPP platform, and vendor relationships.

The Director Engineering (DE) leads both strategically and operationally across multiple cross-functional teams.

The DE is:
