Zusammenfassung

CGM seeks a strategic CTO-level leader to shape the future of ambulatory SaaS solutions across a global portfolio. You will drive end-to-end engineering, align with executive leadership on the product-technology roadmap, and ensure compliance with medical device regulations throughout delivery and operations.

You will lead senior leaders, foster AI maturity, and collaborate across functions to scale platforms while maintaining CGM's healthcare purpose and market leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience at Director/VP/CTO level in SaaS product development.
• Strong academic background with degree in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms with DevOps and reliability engineering.
• Experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in driving AI adoption in engineering organizations and shaping AI pipelines.
• Excellent English and very good German; strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and leadership.

• Co-define and drive the strategic product-technology roadmap for the cloud-based ambulatory portfolio in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Ensure healthcare regulatory requirements are embedded into product development, delivery, and operations.
• Lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams to increase scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity.
• Represent the domain internally and externally, and build executive-level stakeholder relationships.

Your Impact

• You take end-to-end accountability for a large, distributed engineering organization that owns our ambulatory SaaS solutions and the shared framework modules used across all AIS DE products.
• You co‑define and drive the strategic product‑technology roadmap for our cloud‑based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with the executive leadership team.
• You ensure that healthcare regulatory requirements—including medical device regulations, audits, and compliance—are rigorously embedded into product development, delivery, and operations.
• You lead senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, continuously increasing scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity across products and platforms.
• You represent the domain internally and externally, build strong executive‑level stakeholder relationships, and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health‑IT market.

Your Profile

• Long‑standing leadership experience at Director / VP / CTO level in SaaS product development, ideally with responsibility for large, distributed engineering organizations and complex product portfolios.
• Exceptional academic background with a completed university degree and excellent grades, preferably in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms, including modern DevOps practices and reliability engineering; hands‑on experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering organizations, ideally with first‑hand familiarity of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (agents, skills, and workflows) and experience shaping AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering at organizational scale.
• Excellent English and very good German, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution focus, outstanding leadership and communication skills, and the ability to guide complex organizations through transformation while staying clearly aligned with our healthcare purpose.
