Director, EMEA Regional Marketing (Germany)

Overview

We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive growth and market impact across the EMEA region. The Director of EMEA Regional Marketing will define and execute regional marketing strategies, lead a high‑performing team, and work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. This hybrid role requires presence in the Berlin office three days per week.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the EMEA Sales Leadership team, ensuring marketing initiatives support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Design and implement scalable ABM programs to engage top accounts and key industry verticals.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives that strengthen partner and customer relationships and expand market reach.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a regional marketing team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, events, and ABM strategy and execution.
  • 6+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape across EMEA.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional Go‑to‑Market strategies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to scale marketing impact and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in German is required.
