Google in Germany seeks a Sales Director for the Digital First Sector within Large Customer Sales to lead partnerships with top advertisers, driving AI-powered advertising growth on Search and YouTube at both national and international scales.
You will guide a high-performing team, align with country leadership, and develop strategic plans to maximize revenue while navigating complex matrix structures in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

As a Sales Director in the Digital First Sector within Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will lead Google’s partnerships with the largest high-velocity, digitally-native companies that are shaping the future of our economy, both locally in Germany as well as on an international scale. You will oversee a portfolio of customers characterized by high digital sophistication and a requirement for fast-paced execution. In this role, you will act as a lead seller for AI-powered advertising solutions, specifically driving growth through Search and YouTube and will work cross-functionally to develop strategic client relationships that drive high growth.
You will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation with C-suite executives, helping them rewire their businesses for growth in the AI era. As a primary advocate for the Digital First sector, you will drive and communicate business strategies, lead growth opportunities, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver scalable growth strategies in a highly competitive environment.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Germany: €200000 - €205000 (EUR) + 80% bonus target + equity + benefits
