Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director (all genders) in Industrial Transformation to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations within the EMEA region.

You will partner with CEOs and senior management to set priorities, drive performance improvement, and deliver actionable plans with measurable EBITDA impact, while guiding client teams through complex restructurings and interim leadership assignments.

Qualifikationen

• An excellent university degree and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• +10 years of professional experience, including +5 years in a global top-tier restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm
• Having practical industry leadership experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset

• Act as a trusted advisor and, where required, step into interim leadership roles

The Team

Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner.

Within CTS, the EMEA Industrial Transformation Team focuses on delivering top- and bottom-line impact across aerospace & defence, automotive, industrial products, chemicals, and energy. Our team combines industry expertise with strategic insight, advising or stepping into interim leadership roles to implement performance improvements that stick.

How You Will Contribute

As Director (all genders), Industrial Transformation you will:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German at native/business level
