Digital Workplace Solution Architekt (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
- Design and develop digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies, virtualization environments, and modern AI-supported approaches.
- Develop high-security collaboration and communication solutions for on-premises operations.
- Analyze business requirements and develop best-practice-based concepts and implementations.
- Manage and execute migration and rollout projects.
- Collaborate closely with IT communication, security, infrastructure, and end-user support teams.
- Create architecture and operational concepts, documentation, and manage demand and change processes.
- Continuously evaluate Microsoft roadmap and recommend roll-out strategies.
- Coordinate external service providers technically.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Experience and leadership skills as a technical project manager, expert, or solution architect in migration or transformation projects, preferably in large corporate or medium-sized environments.
- Broad technological expertise in digital workplace solutions, especially Microsoft solutions like M365, SCCM/Intune, Exchange, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and Defender Suite.
- Solution and architecture skills with the ability to advise internal clients on best practices.
- High customer orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Reliable, analytical, structured working style, also in team settings.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support operational tasks.
- ITIL certification.
- Knowledge of standard architecture standards.
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
