TE Connectivity sucht am Standort Waiblingen eine/n Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d) zur Leitung des operativen IT‑Betriebs und Führung eines Teams aus IT‑Administrierenden und Support‑Mitarbeitenden.

Sie verantworten Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Backups, planen System‑Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekte, arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT‑Landschaft voran.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Studium.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb / IT-Infrastruktur.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Client-Management und Netzwerken.
• Erfahrung in IT-Security, Backup- und Berechtigungskonzepten.
• Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs inkl. 1st/2nd‑Level‑Support
• Steuerung von Incident-, Problem- und Serviceprozessen
• Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit und Backups
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Security)
• Planung und Umsetzung von System‑Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten
• IT‑Asset‑ und Lifecycle‑Management
• Aufbau und Pflege von IT‑Dokumentation und Notfallkonzepten
