Scalable Capital is a digital investment and banking platform with a full banking licence. Its services include a brokerage platform, digital wealth management, savings plans, loans, private equity, and an exchange for retail investors.

Задачи

Work closely with Product and Engineering, owning design work from problem framing through delivery and iteration Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions, and improve customer and business outcomes Create simple, accessible, engaging experiences, including polished UI, flows, prototypes, and interaction details Evolve the design system to ensure a coherent experience across products and platforms Collaborate with engineers during implementation by providing clear specifications and design guidance, and review the final experience against the quality bar Use AI responsibly throughout the design process, identifying when and how it adds value Manage work effectively, communicate progress, and coordinate priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders

Требования

A portfolio demonstrating visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, individual contribution, and work outcomes Experience designing for native mobile platforms and responsive web, with a strong understanding of platform conventions and technical constraints Practical experience with discovery, user research, and usability testing, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear design directions Excellent Figma skills, including components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design-system workflows Fluent in English Nice to have: experience creating motion or micro-interaction studies, German, experience in fintech, regulated products, or other trust-sensitive domains
