Parexel is seeking a Scientist to join the Translational Medicine team focused on Digital Pathology. You will support Sponsors in project management and operational execution, coordinating cross-functional activities, image transfer, and vendor follow-up.

You will ensure workflows are compliant and on schedule, working with scientific and operational colleagues. Location: Rahway, NJ onsite with hybrid options 2-3 days on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, or Data Management.
• Experience with digital pathology is preferred.
• Strong organization and deliverables tracking skills.

About the Role

Parexel is looking for a scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. This role will support our Sponsors in project management and operational execution for Digital Pathology. You will coordinate cross-functional activities related to whole-slide image transfer, vendor follow-up, request tracking, process documentation, and stakeholder communications. Working closely with scientific team members and vendors, you will ensure Digital Pathology workflows are organized, compliant, and executed on schedule.

Work Environment

Location: Rahway, NJ (onsite)

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week onsite preferred.

Schedule: Full-time

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, and Data Management
• Experience with digital pathology
• Experience in clinical trials
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech industry experience
• Experience with informed consent in clinical trials
• Technical proficiency with:
• Microsoft Lists
• Power BI
• SharePoint and Teams
• AWS/S3-based workflows
• LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
