Overview

As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients.
• Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
• Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN YouTube Mobile).
• Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google Facebook TikTok or other online marketing platforms is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
• German language proficiency : minimum B2 level
