Responsibilities

• Build and optimize digital campaigns promoting staffing services and openings
• Create and manage content for the website, job boards, social media, email, and blogs
• Partner with recruiters to promote openings and success stories
• Track performance with analytics tools and translate into action items
• Keep content aligned with brand and messaging standards
• Research trends and competitor strategy to improve performance
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Manage content planning, scheduling, and digital asset organization

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency
• SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads knowledge
• ATS/CRM familiarity
• Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or related field
• Proven digital marketing/media experience, ideally in staffing or professional services
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Comfortable managing multiple projects cross-functionally
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving
