As Digital HR Product Owner Recruiting/Onboarding (m/f/d), you take ownership of key HR technology modules and play a central role in transforming our global HR processes. Positioned at the interface between HR, IT, and external partners, you lead global implementations, optimize end‑to‑end processes, and introduce AI‑enabled innovations that elevate efficiency, user experience, and data‑driven decision‑making
Your Challenges
- Act as Product Owner for digital HR solutions in Recruiting, Onboarding, and additional HR tools within your responsibility
- Lead global implementation and rollout projects, including vendor selection and coordination of external partner
- Ensure a structured Change & Demand Management process to continuously optimize and simplify HR‑technology‑supported processes
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for your modules, including requirements, enhancements, and change requests
- Develop and deliver end‑user trainings in collaboration with the Communications team
- Drive the integration of AI‑powered HR solutions, such as intelligent matching, automated document creation, workflow automation, and conversational support tools
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, global stakeholders, and external service providers to shape a modern, scalable HR system landscape
Your Profil
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in a consulting related role within a multinational environment. Experience with Recruiting/Onboarding implementations and understanding of end to end HR processes
- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of project and transformation management
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle
- HR expertise at foundational level
- High IT affinity; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Openness to or first experience with AI driven HR process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Language Skills: Very good English skills, ideally first German skills
- Personality:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinker
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and cultures
