Reporting to the Global Digital and HMAX Energy Sales Leader, the Digital & HMAX Solution Managers is our technical champion for the HMAX Energy portfolio, transforming customer challenges into innovative, scalable, and executable digital solutions.

Lead the technical solutioning of HMAX Energy opportunities and act as solution expert for the HMAX Energy portfolio.
Define and implement all sales and marketing activities including but not limited to products, services and systems within the defined industry segment, in alignment to the given strategy, ensuring that the related product groups increase all relevant metrics in their selected market segments.
Provide integrated, customer-centric solutions by combining digital technologies, service, and HMAX Energy offerings and establishing best practices, reference architectures, and global solution standards.
Enable Hub and Country organizations through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
Develop and implement a market-based approach which includes direct, third-party and project sales whilst building customer relationships with key stakeholders, to educate, inform and solicit support for pursuing market opportunities and converting them to orders.
Ensure the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all stakeholders, supporting the development and achievement of standards through a clear definition and regular oversight.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and give appropriate feedback on market developments and requirements, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and targets.
Monitor appropriate prices and margins within the defined segment and support the sales team to negotiate key contracts.
Build and maintain a strong relationship at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers, to ensure effective communication on the segment.
Proven track recordinsaleswithin global, matrix organizations ideally within the energy or mobility sector
Highly exexperience d in solution architecture, digital solutions, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of power systems, digital technologies, and service business.
Ability to translate customer needs into impactful, end-to-end solutions.
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across global matrix organizations.
Passion for innovation, customer value, and enabling business growth.
Please note that this role can be based across Europe, specifically Poland, Germany, Norway, United Kingdom or Italy.
For Italy the advertised salary of EUR 89.000 gross per year represents the entry point of the salary band for this role.
In addition to the base salary, this role includes a performance bonus and a results-based bonus, designed to reward both individual contribution and company performance. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
