Sales Specialist – Dutch Speaking (On-site, Berlin)

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international sales team based on‑site in Berlin. This role is designed for candidates with proven experience in sales, ideally within marketing‑related environments, who are motivated by performance, targets, and professional growth. You will be responsible for engaging with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that support their commercial success.

This position offers a fixed monthly salary of €2,750 gross, along with a performance‑based bonus of up to €687.50 per month, providing strong earning potential for high performers.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and relationship development. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively contacting new and existing business customers via phone and digital channels.

Identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions based on business goals.

Presenting services clearly, confidently, and persuasively to decision‑makers.

Negotiating terms and closing sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets.

Building long‑term relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner.

Maintaining accurate records of all activities and opportunities in internal systems.

Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction.

Continuously improving sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

This role requires previous professional experience and a strong commercial mindset. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

Native or near‑native Dutch and minimum B2 level English (spoken and written).

At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, telesales, account management, or a similar role.

Marketing‑related sales experience is a strong advantage, particularly in environments involving digital services, online solutions, or performance‑driven products.

Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.

Confidence speaking with business decision‑makers and stakeholders.

Ability to work on‑site in Berlin and collaborate in an international environment.

Strong organizational skills and experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools.

Resilience, ambition, and motivation to work in a target‑driven setting.
