Job summary

Arnot Health in Elmira, NY is seeking a Dietary Clerk in the Food Nutrition department to support patient meal service. You will answer telephone calls, process changes in patient diet status, and assist patients with computer menu selections.

• Communicates orders for patient service between nursing stations and Dietary Department.
• Is in charge of replenishing diet cards and diet instruction materials and re-ordering as necessary.
